How to access BIOS and Boot order (Fujitsu / HP servers)

Fujitsu:
1) BIOS -> F2
2) RAID -> set verbose in BIOS, then will appear while booting up
3) Boot order -> F12

HP:
1) BIOS -> F9
2) RAID -> F8
3) ILo -> F8 immediately after server is beginning to start up
4) Boot order -> F11
